We understand that plans change, and we aim to make cancellations as simple as possible.

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
1.2 Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled (refer to Refund & Returns Policy).

2. Repair Service Cancellations

2.1 Repairs can be canceled before the device is processed.
2.2 If the repair is already in progress, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

3.1 Approved cancellations are refunded within 5-7 business days.
