- Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Handle payments, invoices, and provide receipts accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of mobile repair processes and product inventory.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
